Shipping and returns:

If your rocker has been damaged in shipping, please let us know immediately. We will work with our shipping company to have the rocker returned while we build another rocker for you. In some cases, we will need pictures of any damage to the container.

If your rocker has a defect, please send us a picture. We will build and ship another component to you as soon as possible.

If you wish to return one of our Classic or Rustic rockers, please use the original box and shipping materials. Once received, we will issue a full refund.

As our Painted and College Team rockers are made-to-order, we normally do not offer returns on them.
